To commemorates the 150 years of the National Song ‘Vande Mataram’, ICAR- KVK- RiBhoi organized a event where all the participants sang the National song at the conference hall of ICAR- KVK- RiBhoi on 07th November, 2025.
        ICAR- KVK- Ri-Bhoi also organized a Training programme on ‘Soil Testing for Soil Health Management and Crop Productivity Enhancement’ on the same day under the ‘Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas’ with the theme ‘Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh Pakhwada’ from 01st to 15th Nov., 2025. The aim of the training programme was to create awareness and enhance the knowledge on soil health, benefits of soil health cards and soil fertility management for rabi crops for higher productivity. Dr. Popiha Bordoloi, Subject Matter Specialist (Soil Science) trained the Farmers with a demostration on collection of Soil Samples for Testing and a lecture on importance of Soil Heath Card to improve productivity. A total of 42 numbers of Farmers and Rural Youth participated in the programme.The programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Leaderful Rynghang, a prograssive Farmer of Mawbri Village.
